Support – $1,500/mo (12 hours included)
Includes Essentials plus vendor coordination for your payroll/HRIS, monthly manager coaching, and employee relations support.
Fractional HR Director – $3,500/mo (30 hours included)
Strategic HR leadership, culture building, performance systems, advanced employee relations, vendor oversight.
Additional hours billed at $150/hour with prior approval.
